First off, thank you so much for your interest in the Keto Bread & Pastry Flour!
The keto flour is currently "sold out" on the site because after our first production run, as a very small business, we were unable to keep up the the demand (yes, it quite literally sold out TOO FAST). I was overwhelmed by all of your wonderful feedback.
With that being said, it is not the end for the keto flour! We are hoping to re-launch at a new location to help with production costs. We will be launching a Kickstarter for those that loved the product initially (or are interested in it now) and would like to back it.

I appreciate all of your support more than you know. I started the Keto Flour and ran it as a one woman show but I hope to grow it into something much larger with the help of the low-carb community in the coming years.
