I mean real pizza..crust and all, not just the toppings? What about bread? Fluffy, soft bread slathered with some salted butter. Croissants? Scones? Bagels?
It was truly the greatest find I've made since being on Keto for over 3 years now. The cakes, cookies, all my baking comes out the same as with regular flour. The Holidays are here now and I love the thought of making all our families traditional favorites without the added carbs yet all the fantastic flavor
I've made pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, and crust for my 7 layer dessert bars. I usually use Almond Flour, for crust, for my dessert bars, but I now use this Keto Bread and Pastry Flour. I have nothing negative to say about this flour, or the shipping time. I will be ordering again. Sending pic of crust using this Keto Flour. I would have sent pic of pizza and cinnamon rolls, but they're all gone/eaten.
All I can say is "thank you"! I have always made pizza on Friday nights and although I continued to do so for my husband being on keto made it impossible for me to share in the fun. The pizza dough recipe is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone on keto and missing pizza nights! Next try will be Christmas cookies!!

Great. I have been a carb lover all my life. Unfortunately, as I got older carbs stopped loving me back, hence my transition into the keto lifestyle. While I've dabbled in some keto baking, almond and coconut flour just don't provide the same texture as white flour. This products really a game changer for me. And so filling! I've made the condensed milk bread and was able to enjoy that for some time. I plan to make pizza tomorrow. Good stuff, try it!
