I mean real pizza..crust and all, not just the toppings? What about bread? Fluffy, soft bread slathered with some salted butter. Croissants? Scones? Bagels?
Amazing Product! Love it!
Last night was the first time I'd tried making anything with this Keto flour and I started with pizza crust. What can I say, it was amazing! I also made a regular crust for my non-keto family members and the keto one was better. Used the dough blade on my food processor to mix and knead it. It rose perfectly in my microwave, and rolled out on my pastry sheet without sticking. I bake it on my pizza stone, which I heated in my oven for an hour, and on a piece of parchment paper. I also made a large pizza using the whole crust. It took 17 minutes, probably because of all the toppings. Crust was chewy and crisp, bottom was cooked perfectly and not soggy. Loved it! Sorry, have a photo but couldn't get it to add to this review. Experimenting today using it to make homemade pasta, although I did add a 1/4 cup of semolina flour. We'll see!
Love this flour have made pancakes,bread,and other delicious baked goods with . So much better than almond flour to cook with .
Great for Savory Bakes
I found this flour good for savory bakes but not so much for sweet bakes. It rises really well. It's always nice to have an alternative to GMO gluten flour, which we've all learned is really bad for us.
Keto Bread and Pastry Flour
Love it. I use it as a 1 for 1 substitute for AP flour in different recipes. Doesn't increase my blood sugar like traditional flours. Allows me to have more of the foods I like..
